Brechtel Radial Collector Wells Returns Competition to the Collector Well Industry
Until recently, if you wanted to construct a radial collector well in the United States, there was only one place to turn: a large corporation that had steadily acquired all of its competitors over the years.
Now that situation has changed. On January 1, 2008, my partners and I founded Brechtel Radial Collector Wells (BRCW) in order to bring competition back to the U.S. radial collector well market. We founded BRCW on the belief that cities, towns, and industries deserve a choice when it comes to water supply.
BRCW has assembled a team renowned worldwide for radial collector well experience and research.

After 34 years of managing projects and multiple divisions for Layne, Ranney and Hydro-Group, I organized and became President of Collector Wells International in 1998. I led CWI until 2004 and remained their consultant through 2007. I have extensive experience in drilling, construction of caissons, and installation of collector well laterals, as well as supervision of virtually every aspect of the business.
